“We are extremely pleased with RAM Tree Service LLC. After Hurricane Helene, we had a very dangerous situation where a huge tree twisted at its base and partially fell over our 103 year old house in Montreat, NC., resting precariously in another tree. Due to the high slope, using bucket trucks and/or cranes was not an option. RAM Tree Service LLC was the only company who considered taking the job. Ron Martin climbed the tree and Buddy was on the ground. Using a system of pulleys and ropes, Ron and Buddy dismantled the tree without causing any damage to the house. In addition, they were professional, respectful, reliable, reasonable and communicated with us continually.”

“We called Ram Tree Service based on previous Google Reviews and we couldn't be happier! This company is the one that you want to use to have your trees trimmed or removed. Ron is a tree climbing professional - that means no heavy equipment tearing up your yard. He topped and dropped 5 trees on our property (and took down 3 more) - dropping each of them safely without damaging our fence line, house, or stone retaining wall. They chipped the tree limbs, cleaned up the yard, and left no sign that they had ever been on site. Highly recommended.”

“I HAVE had Ron take down two very large trees over 50 ft, on my rental properties in Charlotte in the last two years..these were huge trees, the last one tree trunk measured over 4 feet across...Ron does an excellent job and is very conscious about being careful of the property around the tree he is working on...He takes his time and uses his years of experience to carefully-"important word" carefully take down each limb which he ropes and lowers with the help of workers on the ground...I trust him and his people implicitly. He is very respectful and removes the debris from the tree and cleans up after all the tree removal...I would highly recommend Ron to anyone considering tree removal or tree trimming and pruning.”

“Cat Rescue! We have a cat that we are temporarily fostering. She decided to climb 30 feet or more up a big pine tree. People kept telling us that we shouldn't worry she will come down on her own. After 4 days and some cold nights we realized that she was getting weak and had no intentions of coming down. So early on a Sunday morning I contacted RAM Tree service and asked if they could climb a tree to rescue the cat. They graciously agreed to help us out and were at my home in less than an hour. It was quite a sight watching him climb the ropes on a nearby tree and swinging over into the pine tree to rescue the cat. In an hour's time they had completed the task. They are an extremely nice couple who went above and beyond to help us out.”

“What a great tree person. An absolute easy experience. I was worried about the size of my trees(huge) and the electric line in the path of removing the tree as well as it's 10 feet from the side of my home. They were able to do everything promised and more.”

“We are very happy with the job Ron did on the trees he cut down. He is amazing at getting the trees and limbs to drop exactly where he wants them to. Very conscious about not tearing up the yard. Cleaned up everything and left no trace that they had even been there. We will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommend.”
